Cashier man not a friendly person..not respect customer..

In the year of 2018 Hao Mart at Jalan Bukit Merah have a few cashier were very friendly n also have good service. The manager there also very good service.

This cashier man is very rude,lazy and using vulgar words towards me and sometimes to my friends when we purchase groceries from your outlet...lots of complaint I have heard but until today I experienced it myself. I hope something can be done to avoid customer lose temper and create problem at this outlet. I almost lost my temper today but lucky never do anything to him.so my suggestion is please get rid of him.... ASAP!... During this pendamic season everyone want to have a peace of mind but if this attitude of your staff continue I believe your company reputation will be rotten... I'm not a haters but I'm a regular customer which spends money at this outlet,so once again I advice to HAO MART get rid of this uncivilized,rude and lazy staff of yours.I will stop shopping at your outlet and that goes to all my friends but will do so if action is taken... Thank you

HAO a 24/7 shop, so convenient with everything one can buy n use just downstairs of HDB flats.
