S	Sharon Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17/09/2020 night, about 1am, I checked on your store opening hour and it stated 24 hours so I went down by grab and wanted to have some groceries shopping, but when I reach there, the store is close. It really waste my time and money just to go down and the shop. Is this the service that you guys give.
L	Leslie Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can I'll rate this as no star. Though the toufu I bought was not expired the product had gone bad. Bought 3 bottles of wine, 2 was beyond drinkable. It had gone bad. When asked to exchange, no questions were asked and they willingly exchange for a different product of the same price. I'm sure the staff knew their products are not fresh, that's why they change it without question asked. Is it really a hao mart. I think it is better call a bad mart.
Y	Yong Shayna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely mini mart with actually alot of variety of things! It's actually a bigger mini mart than you'll expect. This mini mart is quite the size, selling rice, snacks, fruits, veggy and processed meat! The items here are also affordable. It is also clean and the workers are really friendly! And it's 24hrs! **EDIT: I think the place closes by 11pm (or earlier, not very sure) now due to COVID-19!!! If you want go to a grocer late, I suggest go to the Giant near AMK estates for now, that is 24hrs.
G	Gayu Srinivasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Poor customer service and management. First of all, the owner (who also usually stands on counter) is very rude and judgemental. Not only him, there was another lady, probably to help around the shop. She replied “find it yourself, I am busy” to another customer who was struggling to find something. Secondly, EVERYTHING even a can of milk is pricey (extra dollar or two compared to the normal price). So I’d suggest you go there ONLY IF YOU WANT SOMETHING IMMEDIATELY AND YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.

Kudos to the 2 guys, KC & Lam (i hope i got their names correctly), newly hired employees, they usually do the night shifts. They are courteous, polite & give excellent customer service. Im "glad & happy" that the company replaced the old grumpy uncle who used to worked there before. Right decision HAO mart for hiring these 2 new guys who are pleasant to customers. I bet more customers will be buying from your shop. Cheers! :)

Service is helpful and kind.
