★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience! $10 bill was jammed in the money changing machine and called the hotline. Refund was made immediately the next day. There's only 4 dryers (huge capacity of 13kg), so do take note to avoid the crowd at peak hours! eg: after dinner

Been using this place for a few months. Good machines. BUT please choose which machine to use wisely. Some machines do NOT have all the functions working and once your money is inserted, NO REFUNDS allowed, Even if the machine is faulty.
See picture below. The dryer I used has a small 1cm by 1cm cross on it which is neither obvious nor easily seen.
I called to ask if I could eject my coins to use another machine and was told off rudely by the owner to take responsibility for not choosing which machine to use wisely.
Conclusion: good place to dry your items but choose which machine to use wisely. If you choose a faulty machine, it is your responsibility.
