★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly staff. I've been going back a few times. You can find all you need for fixing almost anything here including electrical tools, wires, cables, locks, etc.
The staff will also advise you if you have the wrong tool.

Unlike the few traditional hardware stores i visited around the island, the service rendered in this store was also good; the staff was friendly and even helped me find the right tool for my fix.

The lady updates me regarding the arrival of my order. Else will be a wasted trip. In fact I down again to this specific store just to buy stuff. Even thou I know they don’t carry it. The young chap insisted to order from the manufacturer. Customer service excellence ?? Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time using their service, from tel operator to the staff in Blk 74 Whampoa Dr are friendly and courteous, especially the bespectacled guy who is very patient and helpful who goes extra miles to help to cut the PVC pipes into size. Very appreciative in their services. Definitely, i will be their repeated customer though i don't stay at Whampoa. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY!!! DODGY SCAMMER MERCHANT. Ordered an electrical cord extender but it cannot be used in singapore plugs and the merchant knows it. I tried to the return the item and the merchant concocted some story that the product is fine (untrue), that I’ve simply changed my mind (untrue) and I’ve damaged the box (untrue). The box is exactly how it was delivered. Can’t trust this company.
