★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a first and last time visit. Poor service (eg ignoring the customers when they require their attention), having the “we owe them a living” mentality. The guy at the counter was seriously uninterested in engaging with us, bad mannerism and probably think they’re the main player around. There’s many other better, friendlier, more accomodating and “service with a smile” hardware store out there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place turned out to be a Tardis. Far larger on the inside than the outside. A really good range of stock and from what I bought, very reasonable prices. I don't understand the lousy reviews about service, because I got excellent advice from a patient young man. I'll certainly come here first for my (tiresomely frequent) DIY needs.
