t	ting t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse ever experience shopping in one of the biggest Harvey Norman outlet in Singapore. Unfriendly to those who are doing window shopping - especially a staff name Michael who approach with an uncivilised tone. Would gladly rate a no star if google review allows.

Courteous staff and a good place to shop at when you are in Suntec city. Home delivery is available against a certain amount. If you're taking it yourself they help you with the item transfer till your vehicle.

Despite some initial hiccups with the promotional pricing, Eric was quick to resolve the situation with his intervention in the form of a goodwill gesture/offer.

I purchased a washing machine, microwave and a Philips steam iron. You called me to inform that the iron is faulty and informed me you won't be able to deliver the iron and I'll need to go over to other branches to get it. You informed me bedok and viva outlet will have it. I was just turned down at bedok branch as there is no stock for this. Is this how you run your customer service? Horrendous and discourteous. The least you could have done is to deliver the item to me as I paid for it and it is your responsibility harvey norman to ensure I get my item! Making me wait for 7days for a refund, wow! Thank you for proving to me this is my LAST purchase for such condescending service behaviour
C	Cassandra Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited the store to check out a tablet. had to ask a staff to turn on so that I can check out the features of the device but because they did not upkeep their demo device so every app that I opened needs to be updated. can't play a video to see how good the video looks on screen, can't open a notes app to test the typing/writing, basically can't check out anything. and all the staff said was "sorry, retail cannot connect to internet."

But it did not work at all. after coonecting to the laptop via USB_C port, the pc was not able to recognize it. The disc did not respond to the push button. Spending all night googling and you-tubing to see what went wrong. Called the store in the morning and was told that we had to bring it back to Suntec store within 7 days to have the technician take a look. Very inconvenient and disappointed.

My brother in law tested him with sone spec knowledge and he knows his stuff really well. For those first timer or not sure about computer need advise before you purchase a laptop, do find him. Super good service.... today i returned back to harvey norman to purchase tv... and sale promoter daniel sim and his colleague are equally good too. I think suntec harvey norman will be my fav location ...very knowledgeable and comfortable to communicate...they are not pushy too most important they know they stuff well unlike viva and millenia walk
J	Jay Jus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a basic store with the usual appliances. The variety is just ok. Not to deep. I’m giving 2 stars because of service. I entered the store and was looking to buy a food steamer. No one was interested in serving me. Some even didn’t want to make eye contact. I don’t look scary, trust me :). So I walked around still no one. So i decided to just study the ones on display and read the boxes. Then I picked up a new one and walked towards he counter. As I reached the cashier, All of a sudden, some sales staff appeared. I can’t help but think that he just wanted to claim the sale for his incentive. By the way, if you look at the photos (I can’t upload video) there are hardly any customers. There were more staff. And it was mid day so they can’t all be tired. Disappointed.
