★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse developers ever. Never deliver the project on time. Didn’t rectify the defects after reminders and reminders. Poor customer service. Didn’t want to pay liquidated damages according to the Sales and Purchase agreement. Don’t ever buy any property from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a unit at Hatten Square in 2012. We received a notification letter from Hatten in August 2018 informing us that our property has appreciated by 6% in 6 years. ( arguably 1% pa?). When confronted, Dato Colin Tan ( Executive Chairman, Managing Director of Hatten Group) proudly claims that

“there is a increase of 10-30% depending on when the unit is purchased “ unquote
When asked to justify the above maths and questioned with regards to the valuation discrepancy between my unit and the one next door, no response has been provided to-date.
Is this the way investors should be treated ?
Condescending responses / lack of transparency from Hatten Executive Chairman, in my view.
