★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect an authentic taste of Hokkien mee at this stall even though owners are old. It's fine as a normal plate of fried noodles with prawns and sotong but there's no prawn flavour at all. Seasoning with light soy sauce and sesame oil is too strong. Prawns too rubbery. Couldn't finish because it's too salty. Adding lime and chilli can't save the dish too.

there were about 3 prawns and a generous portion of squid too
would come back as it’s in my area
the auntie and uncle were pretty alright, telling me about their price increases as their supply of seafood is getting pricier too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for the month of August 2021....2 Words...No thanks. This will be my first and last time buying from this food stall ! I agree with another reviewer that the Elder lady customer service is NO good. Well, the taste of the fried hokkien mee is average at is best. It was done less than 5 minutes ! The only good is prawns are Fresh and the $6 portion is decent. But the Elder lady is NOT friendly at all. There are much better than Cheaper Fried Hokkien Prawn mee in Singapore !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. Noodle and gravy texture nice. I think just as nice as the other famous one at ABC with the fierce aunty. This one also a bit fierce also. $5 cannot complain. No queue. Also got ePay. Would go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The noodles is very tasty and I like the texture a lot. Sadly the day I went the prawns were very mushy and not fresh… I spat mine out but I see the other reviews say that this is not normally so so maybe I was just unlucky. Otherwise I think this is a good plate of hokkien mee
