β β β β β Hawksford was a great help when we incorporated our company in Singapore. I had the opportunity of working with Hamida Sultan,
Senior Client Service Consultant and Lucia Cheng who got me in touch with the relevant departments from Accounting and Tax to Immigration Services. The teams were professional and relentless in their pursue for service excellence as they are constantly in touch with us for both the initial incorporation of the company as well as follow up on the nitty gritty details for compliance and filing matters. Special mention to be accorded to Elisa Tham who was most unintrusive but professional in her discharge of corporate secretarial duties, Kelvin Peh for his expertise on immigration as well as Meng Teng for his input on Accounting and Tax matters. Overall, it has been a delightful experience working with the Hawksford family and I certainly look forward to many good years to come.

β β β β β Our company had Hawksford handle corporate secretarial services and accounting services for us since we started in 2014. Weβre extremely pleased with the service they have provided. I would like to take the chance also to thank Shierly Darcen for being available to us whenever we needed assistance especially during our first year in the business. She takes the time to explain processes & procedures to us as well as reminding us way ahead of time of the deadlines for submitting documents to ACRA and IRAS. Shierly is truly a gem.

β β β β β I had wanted to enquire more about the services I required for my business. Lucia took over my case and send me a quotation. I asked for a meet-up so that I can understand more. I have to keep emailing for confirmation and have to wait for at least two days for a few words replies. She said I missed an appointment but I didn't receive what she said in the email. I thought she would fix another appointment with me but nope. She simply disappear and doesn't bother about my case anymore. Thank God I found another service provider recommended by my business associate - Reliance Consulting. Boy, then do I know what is call fast and efficient services. I'm disappointed and disgusted with both Lucia and Hawksford.

β β β β β Oh spare me. These folk are in to making money and not providing a service. They are so focused on making money that they will stop you spending the money you are ready to spend because they are more focused on selling you something else.
I sent them a few questions to clarify the characteristics of a Singaporean company and instead they answered just one question by way of seeking to get me to pay someone else to answer that one question.
So any experienced business person will know that when you experience this type of behaviour early in the interaction then you know you will experience it many times in the future if you enter in to a business relationship with them.

β β β β β Not very responsive to emails, and don't seem willing to justify a $500 consult fee for a Permanent Residence application, where their competitors offer free consults.
Member of staff I liaised with was not prompt in replies and failed to answer key and legitimate questions in their email.
Gave me the impression that they don't need or even want my business.
Very complacent vibe given off, which was disappointing considering they had been recommended to me based on word of mouth.

They are fast and very helpful in getting all documentations done, I was able to register my company and open bank account when Iβm in Singapore.
