★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by a staff. Asking about family season parking at Tampines but was pushed away IMMEDIATELY by telling he can’t do anything and I can only go to Tampines HDB branch. Asked for his full name and he replied me “Mr Tan”.

Today 14th Dec still no reply.
For my enquiry I don't think HDB need 3 to 5days to reply (BUT they don't even reply)
My previous case, take 9 months to settle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to refund my parking coupons, but they told me I need an appointment, even though they had a few staff just standing around not doing anything. Next appointment available only in 2 weeks' time, and only weekdays 9-5. Can't believe that for such a straightforward transaction also so difficult.
