Went to check out the website and got myself impressed further by how professional it looks. The portfolio, process, pricing and FAQ are listed very clearly. Very transparent with no hidden cost. I then reached out to Watson to find out more about the shoot. Watson is very responsive and professional. He took the effort to explain the procedure patiently even before I engage him! I was happy with his attitude and portfolio and eventually engaged him together with my wife. After which, he even did a follow up call to make sure all is good with us. I have to say Watson provides an excellent service with the best customer experience I've ever met. He is very genuine and happy to share the art and science behind his craft. We had a wonderful time spent in his studio! ??

Right off the bat, I appreciated being able to easily book an appointment on the website. Package pricing was also posted. I was further impressed by Watson calling me prior to the shoot to better understand what I was looking for and to give me tips on how to look my best for the photoshoot. The photoshoot itself was great, working with Watson felt like working with an old friend. He even let my shoot run over my allocated time (no one was directly after me!) so that I could get a few more shots in. Highly recommend this service to everyone, from fresh grads to executives!

He was incredibly patient and painstaking, and took about 76 shots from various angles and in two different suits worn by my husband. The entire exercise took almost 2 hours.
