β β β β β Anna is a wonderful yoga coach! She's very tuned in to the clients needs and customizes the session based on how I am feeling on that day. I look forward to my yoga sessions as a result. She really helped me recover after my surgery & treatment and I extremely grateful to her for that!

β β β β β I highly recommend Anna that I had the chance to meet during my pregnancy. I attended prenatal then postnatal yoga classes with her, and she also helped me with pelvic floor and core strengthening, diastasis recti recovery through private rehabilitation sessions. Anna is very knowledgeable, efficient and kind! She makes the atmosphere of the classes very friendly and relaxed. Her positive state of mind and her encouragement give you a lot of motivation to go through the exercises. ? Thanks a lot! ?

β β β β β Anna is an excellent yoga instructor and I really enjoyed attending her prenatal yoga classes. Not only did the classes help to keep me fit and nimble during pregnancy, it also helped to prepare my body for smooth labour and delivery process. She is really attuned to her clientsβ conditions and would customise the classes accordingly. When my baby was still in transverse position at 32 weeks, she made me do a lot of hip opener exercises and prevented me from doing certain poses like malasana and low squats, to ensure my baby turn to the head-down position. I would definitely recommend expectant mothers to attend her prenatal yoga classes!

β β β β β Anna is a tremendously skilled, supportive and encouraging teacher. Her yoga techniques really helped me cruise through labour. She goes out of the way to prepare your mind and body for a smooth delivery and recovery. I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of her yoga breathing, malasanas, hip openers and squats - they helped me manage my labour pain and pushes so well that I seem to have surprised the nurses and midwives during delivery!! If you are looking to stay fit during pregnancy then I 200% recommend Anna's prenatal classes!
