My body was aching really bad, the masseur managed to relax my body a lot so I am in much less pain. Shame they only had time for 1 hour session, 1.5h would have been much better

The Chi Nei Tsang massage was by the therapist at this outlet was not done properly. She didn't even use the necessary Moxa machine that therapists in the other outlets use. When I approached the manager about a possible compensation she was unhelpful in this matter.

i did it in june 12, 6:20 pm, IVY room. worst massage i ever had. i was just smothered with oil with out proper direction and sequencing of the massage. its like going for a gym workout with improper posture and form.

Visited a Healing Touch outlet with my wife for the first time today after reading some good reviews about this company. We went to the Alexandra branch that is located at Alexis. We had a very good experience there. 1) The masseurs that attended to us were very good. Eve: did accupressure for my wife. Cat: did 4P massage for me. Right amount of strength. 2) The rates are very reasonable for the quality of the massage we received. We paid $88 each for 90 minutes of massage. 3) The ladies manning the counter were polite and friendly. They shared their massage packages in a very friendly no pressure way which is very unlike what other companies practise. 4) The environment & set up is not the most luxurious but it is nevertheless pleasant and comfortable. Will definitely be back again.

Highly recommended Faith. Tried with other masseur in other branch during their branch temporary closed period. Faith still the best. She is real good , so you need to book her time in advance.

Excellent experience from start to end. The receptionist is warm and friendly (didn’t get her name unfortunately). My masseuse, Ann, is brilliant. Came in with major aches and knots and she released them all. She also made sure to cover my toes and layer more towels as blanket when she realised my hands were icy cold. The best 2-hour of deep tissue session ever! Definitely going back to this outlet and requesting for Ann.

I went for the first time. I was not sure how it will be. However, I loved every second of it. Flora was my masseuse. I told her my pain areas and she was so so so nice with those areas. I felt as light as air when I was coming back. Her technique was great. Price wise, so reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Had the best massage experience ever with the therapist Faith at Alexandra branch! She relieved the symptoms of my Plantar Fasciitis, and helped release that stubborn knot on my neck which has been causing me sleep issues for months. I had tried other therapists elsewhere but none came even close to the technique and professionalism of Faith. Before the massage, she did a contraindication check and also made sure I'm comfortable with the room temperature. Good that she speaks fluent English, and she seems popular with the expatriates. It was my expatriate friend from UK who recommended me to Faith. I'm already planning my next massage appointment with Faith soon. And thumbs up to the friendly front desk girl too.
