R	Roshni Kapur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for a massage. Some of the therapists are really good and they make an effort to help with the problem (eg body pain, bloating etc). I suffer from bloating and much of my bloating goes away after the massage. The receptionists, however, are quite unprofessional. I have faced instances where they book the wrong massage or do not inform the therapist which massage they are supposed to do. They are also not helpful if you ask them to provide more feedback from the therapist.

Was a little disappointed With the massage cos it not what I expected My main focus was on tention release and it was be a plus point if the therapist can try to understand the customer need instead of just apply the technique and not able to target the pressure point . starting of the massage feel abit rushing too.

They were talking in the room during the massage. Music was terrible. And they did not massage. More like apply oil and just rub on the body. There was no pressing at certain points etc like what usually proper massage places do. Really a waste of money. They rushed to finish. Please dont come to this outlet as it Is not a proper massage place.

Receptionist (Queenie) was friendly and patience as they guide you through on the whole process and the pricing is very reasonable, especially with the packages. Environment is very relaxing and quiet with very well mannered staff. Highly recommended to go to the city gate's outlet

We have this 2 Thai masseuses (I didn't get their name) that gave us a very good massage. I did the deep tissue massage n my cousin did the 4p relaxation massage. B4 the massage we did a good body scrub too. Price is reasonable n service is good. The only downside is they don't have a bathroom attached to the massage room so after the body scrub we have to walk down the aisle to the bathroom to shower. Overall, I gave them 4 stars for their good services and good massage. Will go back again when I am back. Jenny

Tried the first time trial deep massage with my girlfriend and we both loved it. Front desk lady and the masseuse were also nice and patient, and there was no hard selling at all which was really great!
