★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nana (Wu Nan Nan) the Nutritionist was welcoming and clear in explaining my body statistics. She was patient to discuss my work day diet and recommended changes to achieve my goal. It was quite a motivator for me as she is rather optimistic. Looking forward to better results at my next AIA Vitality Nutrition Assessment!

Engaged HCF to conduct a series of health lunchtime talks for our staff and received many positive and pleasant feedback from them. The number of attendees attended talk conducted by HCF are usually more than 70. HCF Speakers are well-versed and knowledgeable. They presented the content in a concise, compact, simple, engaging and interactive manner. HCF staff are easy to work with. They are very prompt and efficient in rendering their service.
