★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Soh is the person to go to if you want a doctor who is cautious and meticulous. In addition, she is very patient and always addresses all my concerns. Staff here are all skilled, helpful and friendly especially Sue. No hard selling but only sincere service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 mins to see the doctor despite coming on time for my appointment. Nurse handled urine samples without gloves or washing her hands after. Examination beds lacked protective coverings, and it wasn’t clear if the staff sanitised the beds before and after examination. The annual checkup package was advertised at $250, but the clinic added an additional $30 consultation fee that wasn’t included in the advertised fee.
At least the doctors and nurses were pleasant to speak with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to get PCR. It doesn't seem like the receptionist that swab us is qualified to do it. I have done more than 5 of these procedures before and never did the swab made it more than deep and uncomfortable. Service was also unreasonably long and not courteous. Place was crowded and they have no control over the people flowing in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst receptionist because before visit clinic call and explain just want to buy some medicine and already have my record there. Upon arrival staff mention to wait doctor not around. Shotly doctor arrive and attended two patients.still not my turn more than 1 hour a go I approach staff and mentioned I came after finish my night shift duty, she say still want to wait till doctor approval the medicine script. My question I'm not sick and all so not first time this clinic y have to see doctor? Just want get approval from doctor waiting like patient really disappointed ? ?.
