★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked past and was attracted by the pink-ness of the place. Was looking for a hair salon for hair cut, and remembered this place.
The salon was clean, and there was no hard selling involved even though I booked for hair cut but also asked about scalp treatment. Stephanie gave a v shiok hair cleansing and scalp massage. The haircut was good too. She always asked before she cut/layers, unlike other hair stylists. She was also v friendly, without the “cold” friendliness of other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have done hair bleaching, colouring and hair treatment her de times. Service was really good, product used was good quality. Bleached twice and bought the hair to level 9 which I have gone to other shop and they can't do it. Hair treatment really makes difference too tho the affordable price. Hair stylist also gave me a complimentary haircut. Price here is really reasonable and affordable. Definitely highly recommended!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What was supposedly informed an 2 hour treatment turned into a 5 hour long treatment. Booked an appt at 3pm (yes I was slightly late, called multiple times to inform but nobody picked up. I did drop a message thou.) and only got a seat at 5.30pm. My mucota hair treatment started at 5.30pm and ended at 10pm. So much inbetween time was spent waiting. Would appreciate if they could be more practical/honest and include the waiting interval when informing customer of the treatment duration. I have nth to complain abt the treatment, they were detailed and my hair looks pretty good. Just that the time I spent waiting was rly too long.
