First onsen experience so I can't really compare w others, and it was v pleasant. Lady at counter were v friendly and nice, we went on the weekend but wasn't crowded. I rlly enjoyed the bento and thought the food was great! The spa was clean and was quite empty. It is small though but I think that's fine if you are on your own or have only 1 or 2 guests there. The massage is one of the best I had, the masseus was attentive. I think they should have a cleaner come into the onsen maybe every few hours because the dustbin was pretty small and overflowed a bit as well as wet towel bin. Other than that quite a lovely experience my only concern would be if it gets crowded as its quite small. Also because its in the mall unfortunately you can hear the mall sounds during the massage room which are generally quite open.

Brand new place and really love the massage! The onsen is a tad small but comfortable. Food left a lot to be desired for - but 5 stars for presentation. The lady at the reception speaks really well and was kind. No hard-selling. Tough competition against those already in the market like Yunomori and Gspa. All the best to the new biz!

Awesome authentuic Japanese delicacy. This is a hidden treasure in a wellness and Spa setup. Interesting concept of a one stop wellness centre that include massage, spa, lifestyle kimoco try out and of course the food! Strongly recommended

Brought my wife here for her birthday and we totally enjoyed our experience! We had our massage appointment at 7pm on a Saturday and had the onsen area to ourselves till closing ? my masseuse Linda is one of the best I've had so far and the asst manager Jasmine also did everything she could to make our visit an enjoyable one. Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful environment and unique experience! The masseuses are very experienced and the staff is all friendly. My husband and I went to the spa separately. But lucky me! I had the spa place all by myself! Then we did the aromatherapy massage together. Their bento with wide option and is delicious too! So relaxing after the whole experience. Totally worth coming back again!

Nice and cosy onsen experience for anyone who longs for a good soak. The place is clean, and has separate facilities (onsen, sauna and steam room) for different genders. If you are intending to bring your partner (of the other gender) here, you will only be able to see him/her at the dining area and massage room (but you will have to book the couple massage room in advance). The food portion is just nice for someone with a small appetite, and they dun serve coffee in the late afternoon (why not available?). Staff are friendly, but slightly rude at the end when they are trying to sell you the package, as the staff seems to imply that you are stupid to miss out on the sign up bonus (extra $50 credit for $1000 if you sign on the spot). This is the reason why one star is lost for this review. Also, itโ€™s recommended to come here during off peak hour as the place is quite small (fit max 3 people)

Booked the onsen + omakase dinner for 3 pax for a weekday evening. Wanted to request for a later slot but was informed that the latest timing for omakase was 7pm as the meal will last about 1.5 hours (so timing wise was slightly tight for those who rush down from work/office). The fun part was us dressing up in traditional kimonos and taking photos with the props. You get to choose your kimonos as well as the matching obis. The omakase consists of 7 courses and I like the fact that they took your meal restrictions seriously i.e. we requested for no beef for 2 pax and no raw item for 1 pax and they customized the menu for us. Food was pretty decent and my favourite course got to be the beef. For the spa pass, you are entitled to the onsen, infrared sauna and the steam bath. We didnโ€™t get to try the facilities as we spent more time taking photos in the kimonos. We were told that the maximum number of users at any point is 6 pax however we felt that the onsen pool may be a tad too small ,even for 3 pax. The spa pass + omakase package costs $158 per pax. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, food was decent and impressed us more than the onsen. Overall ok for a fun experience with your girlfriends.

It was seriously by luck that I when came on a Friday evening around 6 pm, there was no one else and this lasted till the time I left at 8 pm. So I didnโ€™t face any issues like in the other reviews where customers got chased out quickly in view of new customer arrivals. Service: Staff at counter were friendly and explained their services patiently, no hard selling of packages when I declined. Paid $72.76 for a spa pass + bento, and when I inquired how long I could stay, the receptionist said it was for a full day UNLESS there are incoming customers, so you really gotta be wary about this clause. It is definitely not a day pass and isnโ€™t marketed as such, which is understandable cos the space is very small. Hygiene: I arrived after a big group of 5 left, so the onsen area wasnโ€™t the cleanest. Hair in the drain, overflowing waste paper baskets and towel baskets, hair all over the changing room area floor. But as I left the spa someone came to the female onsen area to clean everything up, too bad during my 2 hour stay I couldnโ€™t help but feel grossed out. Hot spring area: There are 3 experiences you get to try + 1 shower area where there is horse oil soap/shampoo/conditioner. Infrared room was underwhelming and not hot, onsen bath works for a soak but wasnโ€™t hot enough for my liking, and the steam room was my favourite of the 3 as it gave me a good sweat. This is a decent alternative if you are seriously craving Japanese hot springs, but I do not find the experience as relaxing as the original of course, the onsen area is just too loud and cramped. Changing room area: A good range of amenities and Dyson hair dryers, conducive to warm down after the heat. Food: Nice ambience in the restaurant! You can get better food at harbourfront centre, I do not recommend the sushi bento. Small portion and mediocre taste, though I like the presentation. Overall, I had the luxury of being alone for 2 hours during a peak period, yet I was not impressed. I appreciate the friendly service and steam room, tho thatโ€™s about it. One thing to note, I only knew about the whole kimono dress up activity AFTER my visit when I read the Girls Style article, aka the staff do not bother introducing it to you (but I suppose they have no incentive to do so). Do not recommend, you will very unlikely have the chance to enjoy it to the fullest.
