★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Staff who answered the hotline gave wrong info. If she doesn't know her job , why is she tasked to answer phone calls and giving misleading and wrong info? She also kept saying to refer to the website. Then why have her to mann the hotline when all she does is get one to refer to the website. Would prefer an answering machine instead since she cannot give correct info. Wasted time talking to her. Not worth a single star. Worst service ever!
