★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Henderson Industrial Park, along Henderson Road is a Business 1 (B1) light industrial use zone consisting of 11 blocks of buildings for factory/ warehousing/ showroom cum office use. It is one of the few rare industrial estates with Freehold tenure as the majority of others come with 30 to 60 years, with some very old ones 99 years leasehold. Apex @ Henderson is the newest to come into the market at Henderson Industrial Park, having T.O.P. from December 2015 and is the only one to come with condo facilities on deck 9. The industrial park start from Block 201 (Named as Apex @ Henderson), 203, 205, 207. 209, 211, 213, 215, 217, 219 and 221 (a.k.a. Henderson Building). They have 3-storey terrace, 4-storey terrace type to high rise buildings from 8 to 14 storey.
