★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across a so-called Ops Manager who has lousy attitude, very high handed and abruptly rude not only to the public but also to their own employees.
Their so-called employee management is extremely military, hard tactics bullying and without empathy, no humility and not compassionate at all.
They don't have any Feedback Forms at their reception counter nor any alternatives for feedback and not even in their webpage. How are the public or employees going to feedback to top management on abuse or suggestion improvements?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OE speak over the phone to a staff like gangster and mention staff behaviour like holigan !! Name yourself as a OE but brain empty full of nuts. The reception behaviour worst even. When you can't get reach of OE by messages and calls with no replies and no answer definitely next step you will do is to call the office to check. The reception will said "call your OE and check". This company not systematic and office staffs attitude problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Henderson Security labels itself an "unarmed" security firm, but "un-mannered" would be more appropriate.
I was quite put out by the Henderson team at Interlace this morning, where I had gone to collect some used furniture that we had bought from a tenant there.
Upon arriving in my Uber car, the guard brusquely commanded us to wait so he could rush out and blow his whistle at a moving truck that was apparently in the wrong place. His attitude when inquiring of the unit I was visiting bordered on rude.
No "please," no "thank you." Reminded me of the guards in Orange Is the New Black.
Later, I decided to snap a photo of the condominium garden. Another guard asked if I was a tenant. When I replied in the negative, he rudely informed me that "photography is forbidden." A silly rule in this age of cell phone cameras, but there you have it.
I would not employ this company for security roles where public interaction is necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give one star because I can’t give zero. Rude security guard at condominium. Can even tell residents in the face that he is the head of security and by all means complain him. Judge people by the vehicle they drive into the condominium. I have seen better security services companies. This is by far one of the worst.
