The staff was not careful when changing the battery of a G-Shock watch. The silicon ring was obviously not placed properly before they closed the watch. Took me a lot of trouble to take it the cover out and place the silicon ring properly.

Wanted to view the range of watch straps but aunty refuse to let me see. Rather harsh in tone. Citing people came to see but did not buy in the end. Insist to bring my watch and they change it for me upfront. Not sure if I can refuse the strap if I don’t like it. Find it rather amusing and unreasonable that I cannot see the kind of strap they have before making decision. For people want to see the strap before changing, probably not the place for you. Straps are pricy as well.

Very friendly staff with good customer service. The staff don't pressure you into buying their products and allow you to take your time. They are happy to serve, even if you are simply looking around. I recently purchased 2 Seiko watches from them at a very reasonable price and was even offered additional discounts as I was a student. The staff even allowed for simple personalisations such as changing the watch strap for free. I would definitely go back for future purchases and repairs :D

Terrible non return/non refund policy. Basically brought my watch to change the battery, worked immediately, but the very next day died. Called and explained to them what happened, and staff told me to bring it back. Showed them my receipt, I asked for a refund, said they don’t do refunds. Offered to remove the battery and pass to me, I said I don’t have any use of that new battery since it doesn’t work. Then I asked to replace to another working battery, said no. Only solution was to β€œspecially” offer me a credit note of the amount I paid. Reluctantly I took it, and she took out my watch battery (didn’t pass to me). Honestly, I do question the integrity of this shop of the batteries they used - could’ve been just another one their scams. Didn’t show prove that they used a new battery in the first place, and took back my battery only offering a credit note. Stay away from this place

Really disappointed with their service...$15 to change battery and workmanship, which is a reasonable price. But after changing the battery, the watch's second hand came out an hour later! We went back on the same day to ask them to inspect and fix it since they didn't issue the receipt, plus we didn't ask for the receipt which is our fault. We didn't get the refund. But not only did these men couldn't fix the second hand (explained that they'll have to open up the glass, but may break the tampered glass because it's a foreign watch), one of them didn't want to admit at fault on why the second hand came out. Please don't come here to fix your watch or use their service (Can't say how their products are). It's only a matter of time (no joke intended) that they'll close down.

This place over charges. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, with Covid impact on retail and all, thinking they would be more customer centric and genuine. Basically sold me a watch that was discontinued at a much higher price. Yes they never forced me to buy but I think they should be more sincere with their customer sales and service. Confirm black list for me

Terrible experience. Took my watch there to check if my watch had stopped working because of a mechanical problem or a battery issue. I was told to replace 2 tiny batteries for $30. The man had a difficult time assembling my Baby G after putting in the new batteries. When I next used the watch, the time stopped and there was moisture inside my watch face. I didn't ask for a receipt because I didn't anticipate such a big problem. Now for sure, my watch is spoilt! If only I had read the reviews before going to the shop, I could have save my watch. This is my second review. My first review didn't appear. I wonder why.

Don’t be fooled by the lady boss being nice to you - it feels like I got taken advantage of with scammy business practices. I came to change a battery. They said need to change gasket which is ok, quoted $10. Male worker walked across shop to show me where the gasket needs to be in order to seal the watch. However, after he walks back he says something to the lady boss: turns out he managed to shake ALL my watch hands out of place and then they blamed it on me. It was completely fine beforehand, mind you. Suddenly my total fixing price was quoted $50. When I come to collect it, final price was $80, because the original seiko gasket is $30 instead of $10 OEM. Besides them blaming their mistakes on me AND charging it to me, does the maths add up? Finally, the stopwatch hand doesn’t even line up to 12 after fixing. Their rating explains itself. Please think carefully when finding repair shops.
