bought cb190r from this shop a year ago, have no problems with the bike or with the monthly installments. best part is can do bank transfer every month too!

Come to Renew my insurance, knowing its only 300+ not above 310. Forgot to bring my renewal notice. Guess how much extra there was. They asked for 335. Went home checked. My insurance is 308 AFTER GST. so i called changi and asked about this issue. They said “because..... u can come here and buy. Its service charge” a long pause and state its a service charge when its stated in my renewal notice. Lol this shop, over charges you for a lot of things. Not only once. Oil change put $22 but aft change. $24 say its old price. So many hidden charges. Beware. If u ever come here. Make sure they state all your hidden charges. Plate number to a new vehicle. $100. They charged me $300. So there u go. Haha.

The worst motor shop that I ever went. The long haired manager and the Fat cashier lady are both not good , so the workers. They will not simply try to fix your problems. If the problem is so simple they might be able to do. If they have to do some work on it , they will simply not do. They will just ask you to change the whole thing. Also their spare parts cost are quit high. I compared the cost with online dealers , it's 3 to 4 times higher for each parts.

Purchased a 2nd hand bike there -Found out throttle position sensor is unbranded/local not original, costed me a lot to fix cause sensor is sold with throttle body. -Before you buy they claim will do this and that full service everything, but if you're not attentive to detail it will cost you dearly...screws not original anyhow put as long as fit, coolant only top up never flush, spark plug not even new, etc. -Seat rewrapped because in bad condition, but even the rewrap is a botched job -O-ring in the engine top cylinder head leaked -Problems come up 1 month after riding bike, right when warranty is gone. -Salesman not knowledgeable about bike, strictly just a seller. There's always better options, avoid this shop.

Have went to this shop a few times for their services. Basically they are only good for oil changes and spark plug changes, nothing more. Do not leave your bike there overnight or get them to repair, head to other shops for that. The reason why I say so, their spare parts cost are ridiculously expensive, close to 3-5 times than other shops. They not only charge you a high price for the part, they even add on labor costs to install said parts! I would be satisfied if they fixed my problems when I leave my bike there. However, this have proven to not be the case for repeated instances. When I left my bike there to change some internal electronics, upon getting the bike back the rear brake did not work any more and I had to change. After I changed tires, they actually misplaced my front tire screw cap and I had to get that replaced as well. Their solution to any problem on the bike is just to change the entire fixture - at high parts cost and labor cost. Avoid this shop if you can. There are better shops to fix your bike at at a cheaper price. I made my mistake here, hope that you can avoid making mistakes here.

Heard bad reviews about this place but the mechanics were nice and friendly helping me with engine oil change the past few times so I decided to give them a chance and came here as my chain was having some issues (which I didn't know at that time) and the mechanic told me they needed a few hours to find out what the issue was. Asked me to leave my bike there and they never called me back until I had to call them the next day to ask if they had found the problem. Turns out they didn't even check my bike the entire day until I called them to ask. I went to another bike shop and got the issue rectified within MINUTES. Total waste of my time and it proves that they don't really know what's happening and didn't want to admit it. Overall bad experience

I went here in 2020 December and my experience was a unpleasant one. I went there to survey the bikes because I was intending to purchase a bike once I passed my license.The salesperson of this shop was uninterested in serving me as a customer who had queries regarding the bike that I wanted to purchase. I feel like he was not knowledgeable on explaining to me the specifications of the bike. This is clearly a red flag of any salesperson, not knowing your product well enough. I was dishearten after my visit to this shop because I was 80% sure I wanted to buy my bike from here but after that visit to the shop, I changed my mind. This shop gives me bad vibes and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The other motorcycle shop that was nearby was more helpful and insightful. If only i could give half a star here, trust me I would. 100% I do not recommend this shop.
