β β β β β This shop has evolved so much. You can literally get anything you want here - stationary, photocopying services, groceries, ice cream, snacks etc. It's 24 hours too. The prices can be much more expensive than Sheng Siong or NTUC Fairprice but it's still very convenient

β β β β β Went twice. The cashier i met was the same. Asked nicely,the replies i got was just plain rude. Instead of handing it to me. She just puts on the table and slides it to me while squatting.

β β β β β Exceptionally insulting and poor service by foreign lady managing the counter. Gave a wrong pricing on items and then was very arrogant, and raised voice. Very disappointing especially when I have been an avid patron at the store. Bad and sad experience when I try to support businesses like this when there are more likely bigger supermarkets that I can go to.

β β β β β Cashier is just plain rude. The cashier at Blk 515 is so much friendlier, nicer and HELPS the customers. The Chinese woman at Blk 568 is arrogant and hates the world for some reason. When asked why they charge 50cents more for transactions less than $10, she just replies βBoss say, so you pay moreβ. Great....

β β β β β This is the first time I chose to use another medium for self collection of my package from Taobao. I stumbled upon this pick up point from Pack N Parcel on Taobaoβs list when I lost the thread for the Pop-station at Elias mall recently. Initially I started to worry about whether my package would be misplaced or not. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the young lady at Hengβs cashier counter kept all the packages safely kept in privacy. Sheβs very helpful and courteous too! I am so happy to receive my package in good order and itβs been a very pleasant trip down to their shop. Their premises is well maintained with a good variety of products including vegetables and steamed buns. I would continue to send my packages there and also buy stationery and groceries from them. Highly recommended! (More photos pending)

β β β β β Was there to collect a ninja van parcel. The short plump lady handling my query seem very impatient and rude. She does seems to have the concept of customer service. The experience was really bad.

β β β β β Cashier girl has bad attitude. Went there to collect ezybuy but she threw all the parcels on the floor and on other parcels causing more parcels to fall. She did not seem to care at all about the parcels. Some of the parcels she threw had glassware in it and was heard thumping on the ground. Not recommended to send your parcels there for collection.
