So great office with very green calm environment

Nice architecture & very close to Marina Bay MRT & Downtown MRT

Grade A super office with very good sea view. Plus many restaurants and canteen too

Cool office building with a mini vertical garden within it. I can imagine it will be as attractive to work here as MBFC once the surrounding amenities are up and running!

Marina one is in the heart of the Singapore city CBD. Conveniently located near 3 lines and potential one more line to be added in another few years . Getting to the office space is very easy and convenient. The atmosphere inside the building is good , it has lot of green spaces and looks rustic . It has very high ceiling which makes the tenants very happy . The food options are currently starting to come and it is satisfactory . The office space is surely high fi for the new generation. The only drawback is it looks in finished from outside for its railing for every floor .

Marina one is the newest addition to the Marina Bay area. It features a very modern mini park which is really beautiful. There is a free shuttle bus to bring you there up till end of June but based on experience the bus timings are very inaccurate. There was once I waited at international plaza from 6.45pm and there was no bus until 7.25pm (which is outside the shuttle bus timing). Would recommend taking the mrt to downtown and walk there. Many cafes have opened for business there including Starbucks, Joe&dough, mellower coffee etc. Things are rather expensive there. For example, a hamburger steak at pepper lunch elsewhere costs $8+ but the same item would cost you $10+ here. The mall can be quite confusing due to the lack of signage and the misleading "circle" which you might think will lead you back to where you came from (the stretch near Joe&dough) but they're not connected. A really pretty place but probably not suitable for everyday lunch (other than the food court, which is still a little more ex than others). Very clean and well maintained but it is a little out of the way.
