We were searching for properties on youtube for a few months and Heikal was one of the very few who caught our attention. Our homeselling and buying journey has been a smooth one with Elfy and team. From the start, we were informed of each step / process that will take place. Also, Elfy gave us a very detailed breakdown of the finances i.e. profit / loss based on the selling / buying price of the houses, and if we can / cannot upgrade to a bigger unit. This really sets our expectations to be more on a realistic level. The entire team is really efficient and they each know what needs to be done on their part. We have followed Herohomes on their social media closely for about 3yrs.
