My decision to purchase a good mattress started with a lot of research and my husband and I finally decided to visit Heveya by European Bedding. We were greeted by a friendly and pleasant salesperson the moment we stepped into the showroom. She was none other than Cheyenne. She answered all my queries explicitly and went away to give us the time to enjoy the feel of the mattresses. We finally decided to buy the king-sized Heveya III. The after sale service was good too. Cheyenne made sure we had come to the right decision and everything including payment was done electronically, making it very convenient for us, especially in this pandemic. On the day of the delivery, the workers were polite but what stood out was the hygiene shown. Before they took the mattresses out of the protective covers, they cleaned their hands with wet wipes. Most importantly, of course, should be the quality of the mattresses. My husband and I love them and sleep well. The complimentary pillows were good too and so were their bamboo bedsheets. I bought a mattress for my son recently. I did quite a bit of research before deciding on the mattress. He could not sleep well on his old mattress. Heveya provides really good quality latex mattress. Thank you to Sarah and team for recommending us the Organic Latex mattress and the ergonomic base. We had a great time trying out different mattresses in their showroom.

I purchased the Super King Organic Duvet as well as the Bamboo sheet set. Let’s start with customer service. Absolutely outstanding for a Singaporean company. I was contacted first thing the following morning after my order was placed to advise me that my order was received well and that delivery will happen that afternoon. I did not expect it to arrive for a number of days so was well delighted with the news. Presentation: Handwritten notes and lovely linen cover. Honestly, nothing to fault here either. Review on duvet: Absolutely ideal for the Singaporean weather. So light. My husband and myself are very happy with our purchase. Review on sheet set: We already have bamboo lyocell sheets so this purchase was a no-brainer. Very happy with it. Overall, outstanding experience.

The customer service is excellent. We have spent some time to find the right softness of the new mattress since we bought. Miss Sarah and her colleague are always very helpful in providing the mattress of different softness for us to try. Now my sleeping quality has improved a lot. Thanks to Sarah and her colleague.

Superb service and product. We had read lots of positive reviews about European Bedding, but were not convinced until a couple of friends recommended it. The whole experience, from educating about different mattress types, to helping us make our choice, to the delivery and after sales has been very pleasant. We now wonder why we took so long to go there!

Excellent service and amazing customer experience! Sarah has provided us a very professional explanation regarding the different products and materials that are being used. Amazing experience, we entered the store and were welcomed immediately. We then took some time to test out some pillows, were well informed and ended up purchasing two plush pillows. We have slept like babies every since, such a great pillow! Definitely going back for when we need a mattress
