WTH. Truly not professional, coz we had waited for nothing.

She's efficient, independent, friendly and knowledgeable with the products that her company is selling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met up with representatives from 2 window film companies at my place. Kaleen from Hew’s Cool is by far more knowledgeable, more patient and professional of the two.
She took measurements very quickly, explained everything clearly, and provided a quote on the spot. She brought a thick book of samples and had a digital meter to show how her films affect visible light and IR waves etc. There was no hard selling at all. She’s pretty though.
On installation day, Hew’s Cool’s team of 3 installers came early. They are a friendly bunch and they worked really fast. They cleaned all the windows and removed all the window rubber sealants before applying the films. Everything was done in less than 3 hours. Cleaning up was rather minimal on my end.
My place appears to be cooler now. I am happy with the job done.
I had a good experience with Kaleen and her team. I’ll recommend her to anyone is looking for window films. So here’s 5 stars!
