★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend Hiap Yick Rental. They have greatly inconvenienced my family and I and showed no care whatsoever thereafter. After placing reservations for tables and chair a month prior to our event through phone, the worst of what any client would want happened. A few days prior, we called to remind them of our reservation and set up time, only to realise that they did not have any record of our reservation. The excuse given was that multiple staff were taking turns to be on leave the past weeks and it could have been forgotten. I passed to speak to a different person as they tried to identify who took my order. Over the phone, I explained how I had chosen everything a few weeks back and gave all my details. However, they were not helpful, more confused than ever, and simply asked if I would like to place reservation for rental again as if nothing had happened. Please do not trust them with your events. Disappointing, couldn't care less attitude which will likely ruin your event.
