There was a wide selection of leathers to choose from and I was also able to emboss initials onto the wallet. Jonathan was very patient in guiding me throughout the entire process. I never knew the complexities in making a simple product like a wallet. I enjoyed this class and will come back to create more projects the next time!

We learnt a lot from Gary on the different types of leathers in the market and also taught us the different crafting techniques with explanations in each crafting process. I’d highly recommend this workshop. Super happy with my end product and will definitely attend his workshop again one day :)

When the Fob finally arrive, all i can say, totally no regrets! Now waiting for Covid to be over and may take up their leather making workshop! Thank you everyone at Hides & Thread!

It was easy to make a reservation with him for this custom workshop and service was excellent! Jon offered us the opportunity to decorate the workshop in advance for the bride. He was really patient with us when we were slower at the leather crafting and took up more of his time than expected. We are really grateful to him for the wonderful time and we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks very much! Highly recommended indeed!

He also provided an overview of the different quality of leather as well as the different tanning methods. Very insightful and informative session, the best part is we get to wear our hand stitched lanyard!
