Pre sales - their whatsapp is very much accessible where you can communicate with them on the machine that you want.
I have arranged a demo of lelit as it was one of the brand i was looking at. Their pricing is very much competetive vs those smaller shops/carousellers.
They communicated very well with frequent updates about the ETA of your machine.
Lastly, there was an issue with the machine and they will always be there to support you. Within the day or 2 they will be there to attend to your concern.
