★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freehold! Price is attractive compare to surrounding condos and even along Bukit Timah. Different sizes have different layouts and facings. Nice Renovated pool area. Quiet and breezy. Good maintenance, security and ample parking lots. Near HillV mall with many cafe, restaurants and supermarket. 7-10min walk to Hillview MRT. Buses avail outside 2 condo exits. Most importantly, new launch project diagonally down the road (not affected by their construction) are priced much higher. This give a great boost to this condo! Potential for growth! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few truly Freehold properties in the area which is well maintained and built in classic solid stlyle and not the modern all glass condo method. Beautiful swimming pool and common areas including 2 tennis courts. Completing comprehensive upgrade and painting works which will considerably improve existing common areas. Excellent place to live as many bus stops at front of condo and one bus stop at rear. Hillview MRT 2 bus stops away (any bus) and HV2 shopping centre walking distance. A very nice and convenient place to live in pleasant surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, around 7mins walk to Hillview MRT and future Hume MRT stations. There are great eateries & restaurants at the back of condo along Jalan Remaja/ Chu Lin rd. There are also HillV2 supermarket, cafe and restaurants. It’s convenient yet also quiet and serene. Very well maintained condo with ample parking and beautiful infinity pool. Full condo facilities. I like the layout of the units. Esp those that faced the pool and also the landed housings and greenery at the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best well maintained condo in Hillview. A nice big pool for swimmers to truly swim and exercise. Comes with kids friendly pool as well. It has a good wide frontage. A decent walk to the nature park and amenities.
