★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hitachi is a very expensive elevator service provider, and with a big customer base. But I supposed when you are that big, quality goes out the window.
Elevator is part of everyday living in Singapore. A problem in our residence couldn’t be settled by the company. Breakdown, excuse, repair, breakdown, excuse, repair. Multiple times within a week. Not sure whether it’s parts problem or simply incompetency.
Our management and residents are utterly dissatisfied with the level of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not prompt in service. The light in my estate lift has been blown for several days and counting. Have informed hitachi about it but instead the response was them delaying the service.
Several other residents are unhappy with the situation as well as management. I hope Hitachi is able to step up their service promptness in the future for better service quality. Thank you
