Nice cafe here cost place and a lot of variety

We used Washing Machine. Previously used other Japanese brands. We could use them more than 5 years. Machine price was between S$400 ~ S$500. Hitachi one was S$800 after discount. Original was around S$1,100. Shopping time I thought its a bit expensive. But I thought if my wife is happy, its ok. And we thought we could use more longer. Machine was spoiled so suddenly. Rest course was spin for 10mins. But it didn't work. Couldn't do anything rest day. We used it still within 3 years. Really disappointed it and sad. Serviceman came and tried to fix. But Unfortunately said need to fix other parts too and repair fee is around S$500. Wow!! So expensive. We decided that we will buy new one. Because even if fixed, might spoil again. Supplier gave us lowest quality product. And charge us. This point is very strange. They supplied like so lowest quality product. Even if total spare parts price will be S$500, I wonder why they cannot offer lower price like S$100~S$300. We can still consider or accept it. It's worst service at all. Lastly, we never think that we wil buy Hitachi brand anymore. Product quality must be good. And service too if anything happened. Unable say good for Product and Service at all. ?? This is so big Japanese Company. Sad and no words.????

VERY VERY VERY BAD SEVICE FROM GAIN CITY AND HITACHI. 2 months ago my washing machine broke down and I call hitachi to come and fix it for me. The service man told me the motor spoilt and can no longer be repair therefore he say they have to arrange the new motor from overseas. 1 week has passed but I did not receive any updates from them so I decided to call them. Shockingly they told me they do not have the spare parts so I have to wait 4-6 weeks while they order from overseas ???

Not hitachi anymore if I can recall. 2 names for this building. Starts with C or something. Well, whats in a name. Just plain ol' office building. Oh yeah, they renovated the lobby.
