My entire family have been well taken care of by Dr Hiak and Dr Lim for almost 30 years now. Unlike some other doctors who put on a business hat before their medical profession, the HL team are truly medical professionals who cares for the well being of their patients with a conscience. While the wait to see the doctors is always long, I think it is worth it because I know I can trust my health in their good hands. Dr Hiak and Dr Lim will take time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment plan to make sure we fully understand our own condition. Such professionalism is hard to come by! Over and above, it is well known in the neighbourhood that the clinic also collaborates with the community centre to distribute food supplies to the under privileged. Such act of kindness deserves our appreciation and respect for the HL team!

WORST WAITING TIME !! register at 945am - time check 1145am still waiting to see doctor !! counter took so long to serve patients . and discriminating patients - with fever to sit outside !!!

My wife have tested positive of covid from this clinic, clinic claimed that they have already submitted the result to MOH on that day itself, chk with MOH ,now is already the 8 days whereby my wife had already recover, throughout these 8 days , household member are unable to get the art from the government vending machine due to data not submitted,called MOH and got confirmation from them my wife status is still negative ,and MOH can’t issue a recovery memo cos there isn’t any records on their side ,according to MOH the clinic have not update the status as protocol 2A,and thats y never trigger into the case to their database, tried to called HL again ,phone is either hang up or connect to a fax answering machine very unprofessional for a clinic

I have been a patient at HL Clinic for over 16 years. The doctors (Dr. Hiak & Dr. Lim) and staffs provide an excellent service and putting themselves at risk of being exposed to the Covid virus. Dr. Hiak & Dr. Lim is a great doctor! Both are very understanding and listens to your concerns. They takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend both Dr. to anyone.

My favorite neighbourhood clinic. The doctors are very nice and friendly, so are the nurses and clinic assistants. There is nothing to complaint about except that the waiting time is quite long most of the times as there are always many patients and sometimes there is only 1 doctor in the clinic. I would suggest you guys to consider implementing SMS notification system so that patient can register first and then come down when it is nearly their turn to see the doctor instead of everyone wasting their time waiting there for their turn.

I am so impressed by the service I got. I am South African and I went in for a PCR test and everyone was so friendly. The online booking I made through Doris was excellently handled and so well executed. The test was done by Yvonne who made me feel comfortable and did the test with so much care. Excellent work everyone. I am so impressed and thankful.

Very caring nurses and doctors, despite the heavy crowds and sometimes impatient patients , they remain very professional and kind. Even with the large crowd , they process and turnaround the queue very very quickly. They also treat young children very well and kindly. I would strongly recommend if anyone needs a visit to the clinic . Thank you again to the nurses and doctors here for your attentive care .

A family clinic that I grew up with, filled with caring doctors and nurses and staff whom never fail to go above and beyond in serving the people in need or in pain (®) . It's definitely great to have a trusted clinic near home for all our medical needs. Just wish that the hours are longer for weekdays and maybe even weekends since it's always packed with medical assistance seekers or patients. Also could be good to look into having a separate window for dispensary as the current window for registration, payment and dispensary could be quite congested and even confusing to some. Hope that my humble recommendations could make this clinic that we all love to be even more conducive for all of us who lovingly treat HL clinic as our family clinic. Anyway keep up the good work in your dedicated service as that comes before anything .. God bless.????
