★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on 2 separate occasions to try the mixed rice and the zi char and I have to say I was impressed both times. The food was good and the price was very reasonable at $4.50 a plate for the zi char cereal chicken rice with egg. The mixed rice had a lot to choose from too. Big open space carpark for driving patrons with free parking from 1130 to 130pm. Great place, would come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this coffeeshop and tried their Lemon Sauce Chicken Chop Rice w Egg and Thai Basil Mince Pork Rice w Egg for lunch.
It was delicious! Not to mention reasonably priced too - $4.50 each. Staff were friendly and place was clean. Free parking on weekdays from 1130am - 1pm as well. Plus point for that
Will definitely be back often for lunch
