Mico who attended to us was very attentive and gave good suggestions. She was also prompt in replying our queries. Technicians who came to do the measurement was helpful to give suggestions. Highly recommended!

The salesperson, Mico is also very helpful in giving her inputs and suggestions. The delivery and handling of the products we purchased was also efficient! Would definitely recommend :)

As my renovation got delayed, i made changes to the dates and change the specifications to my curtains, he is helpful and accommodating enough to change the necessary. Their pricing may not be the cheapest but definitely would be one of the better services that one can find in the market. The service quality is worth it.

We have heard of horror story and seen before actual zip blinds from other brands which were not as efficient as ziptrak. Hence, we were set to install the original ziptrak from Australia. Gary is very friendly and professional, he shared with us the pros and cons of manual vs motor system. Also the technology difference between ziptrak and zip blind. Also, he did not try to bring down/ badmouth orher brands which some industry people does. From introduction to sharing, order placement to arrangement for measurements and installation. Gary is very prompt and professional. The best vendor that we have worked with for our new home journey. All deadlines are met and updates are prompt. Will definitely introduce friends & family to Gary & HM Gallery

She then forwarded us to her colleague Mico at the IMM shop so we can have a feel + viewing of all the available materials, which there was a huge collection. Mico was very patient with us and gave us good suggestions and guidance! During installation, installer Alvin was very punctual, efficient and kept things clean and tidy. Very speedy installation and good workmanship! Overall very satisfied with our curtains and blind ??

Mico welcome us with an open arms when we arrive to the shop. Without any doubt i felt she gave quite a very good advice on the colours and how we want it to be. It turn out as what i wanted it to be. Didn't expect it would look that nice in the house. Appreciate for the help by the team ?? all the handyman that came over to fix and measurements were very helpful and kind. He was very experienced and customer-oriented and he gave good advice to choose a hassle-free, long-lasting system. Eventually I chose the Ziptrak manual system. The installer team was very efficient and completed the job wonderfully in two days without making a mess. From giving a quotation to making an order, from measurement of balcony to removal of old blinds and grilles, from installation of Ziptrak to and after-sales service, HM gallery has aced them all.
