Reasons why a "lazy auntie" like myself has been patronising this workshop owned by Boss Liu for years: + trustworthy; + checks the car thoroughly so that I could go for my long-distance drives in Malaysia with peace of mind; + provides value-added services such as checking and pumping air into my tyres which I'm too lazy to do myself; + provides one-stop service and is able to help settle almost everything ranging from tyre rotation to installation of car cameras (front & rear) purchased online; + goes the extra mile to use his powerful blower to blow off the dried leaves on the car that I'm apparently blind to; + efficient and completes my car servicing within an hour (with appt) so that I do not have to leave my car there and return after several donkey hours to collect it (which makes it convenient for me to pop by even during lunch hour); + innovative in solving problems. For example, when I informed him that my wipers were not doing a good job at cleaning the windscreens, instead of suggesting a change of wipers, he used his self-created clayish-looking ball to clean my windscreen which I thought was super brilliant. Also noticed that he spends time innovating to come up with solutions to common problems such as a sensor-based water spray system to cool down the engine when it detects that the engine temperature passes a certain threshold; + helps install useful and highly affordable gadget such as OBD battery and temperature sensor that is extremely important to aunties like myself who are paranoid about being stuck in the middle of the causeway or Malaysian highway with an overheated engine or randomly being unable to start the car due to a flat battery; + environmentally friendly by avoiding wastage - always makes the effort to explore and see if things can be fixed first rather than simply changing every part of the car, e.g., helping to charge the battery and test it out to see if it can still store charge well instead of suggesting changing it rightaway, checking the air-con to see if it just requires topping up of gas or a change of compressor, condensor, radiator, filter, etc.; + truthful and frank without the complications of a glib tongue, e.g., when I asked him if it is time to change certain things, he might joke and say "don't ask a mechanic such questions lah, of course everything must change", but would subsequently do a check and give his honest opinion which very often means not having to change those parts; + fully respects that I am not interested in "poisons" and am only interested in ensuring the car is fully functional; + charges extremely reasonable prices and sometimes even doesn't charge me for certain services. (appreciate deep deep)

Service is Fast and Swift. Have been using Ah Liu's services for more than 10 yrs. He specialises in Japanese model cars repairs. Very reasonal price for parts and services.
