β β β β β Overall the people here are friendly and helpful with questions I had about the product of theirs im not sure of, but there is still 1 or 2 unfriendly staff over here but overall everything is still good

β β β β β Bought a box of 3 birds-nest as a present. Received news from the receiver that one our of the 3 birds-nest was expired.
On hind-side, should have opened the box to check. However, expected more from Hockhua tonic and their QC.

β β β β β Encountered the most rude and unhygienic staff named Margaret at Hock Hua TPY central outlet.
She had wanted to use dirty plastic bag picked up from floor for customer, which was stopped by another staff member. She was capable of shouting at customer and raising hands at customers without any consideration for safe distancing. Can not comprehend why Hock Hua pays salary to such a horrendous staff who spared no efforts to chase away paying customers.
