Had to get a replacement Sink Trap for this Blanco Kitchen Sink because my wife accidentally threw it out. Guess how much if you buy one? $90, the gentleman told me its cheaper to buy 2 at $120 as it comes with the replacement for the fittings etc ... What made me post this was not only because its ridiculously priced but he said 'you can make a decision, small issues and dont need to bother your wife'. Just ordered 2 from shoppee for less than $10 and money back guarantee if it does not fit.

Called the main line and was assisted by KC. Initially he sounded a little fierce (perhaps that’s just the way he is?) but he helped answer my questions about my heater and even helped me make a more economical choice. Subsequent correspondents on WhatsApp with KC were clear and prompt. Basically, I got what I needed in 15min. Tomorrow is the installation. :)

Excellent service by KC. Highly recommended. He answered my queries very promptly and was very quick in checking whether the hob model could fit our counter cutout. He was also able to advise on suitable oven to replace my current one. Installation was also well completed.

Salesperson KC was very detail and helpful in getting us to choose the correct equipment with the equipment budget. He went out of his way answering to our question past working hours. Highly recommend to look for him when purchasing items

Bought a bathroom basin and a mixer today. One of the staffs, KC was friendly and patient as he answered all my queries. Their prices for installation are reasonable too! Lastly, thank you KC for the excellent customer service!

Helpful staff, decent selection of bathroom and kitchen supplies. What was great was that the senior staff or “aunties” had practical advice to share from their many years of cooking at home!

Call the Getting outlet before going down to the showroom. KC answered my call in the morning, after my enquiry on a instant heater, he answered my questions and also gave some recommendations. Did some research and went down in the evening, met up with him, after a quick discussion, purchase a Techno instant heater, very pleasant encounter. Call him the next day to purchase another set for my parent house, KC issued an invoice for me to pay online and everything was done within 15mins without me going down to the showroom again. During the installation day of the first unit, the installer vehicle broke down, installers called and said will reschedule again, at least 3 days later. Texted KC the same evening and ask for his assistance to expedite the installation because it was meant for old folk to shower. He managed to arrange the next day installation. Highly recommend KC, for his friendly and helpfulness.

Legit customer. Rarely gives 1 star review but if there is a shop that makes you feel insulted and unwelcome, this will be it. Staff are not busy but very indifferent when they serve you. It takes quite a while to locate a staff to help you and both staff I approached, always appear very impatient. The old man with the specs is not professional and just walks away when he sees another potential customer coming. I waited around 10 mins before I approached the lady boss in red to ask for assistance. The lady boss gave a dirty look and didn’t reply. Eventually, I seized a Chinese-speaking lady to finish my purchase. She was initially quite impatient but once she sensed that I wasn’t happy, she became a bit nicer. When I was about to leave, the old man with specs proclaimed loudly to another customer - “ very few companies will sell cheaper than us “. I guess you can be cheap but more importantly, you don’t have to treat your customers like dirt. Anyone else has similar experience ?
