My parents and I went down to buy kitchen and toilet accessories for our parents' new home. We were discussing about our options when we were chased out very rudely. A man is his 50/60s (possibly the Manager) told us "Hello we closing shop, please leave!" He raised his voice and acted very annoyed with us and pointed us out. He behaved as though we were not going to buy anything and were wasting their time. This led to an altercation between my dad who was very offended by his rudeness. Regardless we left quickly and he still followed us to the lift to shout and pick a fight at us. I did not say a word and made my father leave quickly as he is a heart patient and i didnt want him to strain his health. But the old man's behaviour is not acceptable in anyway. There are a million ways to politely tell your customers to leave. Service matters more than affordability. If you are like me, looking for good service. Please head elsewhere to purchase your products, there are many plently of other options in Singapore.

Came here to buy my shower head, wash basin and toilet bowls and was very surprised by the high level of customer service provided by xiao hei (Indian who speaks excellent Chinese Btw) he walked us through the pros and cons of each option that was available in the showroom and was very patient through out the process. Payment process was also very swift even though we came on a busy sales day. Would recommend for sure!

I would put 0 stars if possible. Saw a sink with pedastal in the showroom. It looked good and seemed to fit our needs. So we made our purchase and proceeded to the loading bay to collect the items. When we reached the house and set up the sink we realised they had given a completely wrong pedastal which did not fit with the sink at all. So we went back to try to change it. The staff grudgingly went to check the stock for the pedastal. But there was no stock. So they offered the pedastal from the show piece. We took it back to the house then realised that the show piece pedastal was not level and also did not fit the sink well. They had used bluetak to press it in place to make it look like it fit. So we called to check if we can exchange for store credit to switch to something else. Not a refund, just to exchange to something that was of better quality. But they refused. All this happend on the day of purchase itself. In our situation I feel like it's was like of scam to get us to purchase the items and not refund even though there was a major issue with the quality of the item. A pedastal should fit the sink securely and be level. So I think just double check regarding refunds and exchanges before you do business with this company. And test the ACTUAL piece you are purchasing throughly at the store before you make your purchase. But the thing that is really off-putting is the total lack of sincerity shown and the willingness to offload poor quality goods to the customer.

Went with the intention of browsing but ended up placing an order for everything we needed (kitchen sink, hood, hob, bathroom heater, toilet bowls, wash basin, shower set) because Kim, the sales personnel who attended to us is simply awesome! She is not a single bit pushy, knowledgeable about all products, patient and gave great recommendations to help us decide which product works best for long term use. Our concerns around after sales service were unfounded too. After placing an order and a 30% deposit, she followed up to send us pictures and dimensions of all the products we purchased! Any questions we have, she is just a WhatsApp away even though it has now passed four months since we placed the order and passed the full sum. Highly recommend Kim! ☺️

Read the reviews and understand I was not the first victim of the old Uncle at Kaki Bukit Place. The customer service is obviously atrocious and I would not buy from here nor encourage anyone to buy from here. Please avoid at all costs.

Well served by knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back in 3 days time to confirm orders. This is our 2nd bulk purchase from this outlet at Kaki Bukit Place.

Dont ever buy from them, first they are dishonest when promoting the item to me, i bought american standard toilet bowl which was having promo but the uncle in the shop totally nv inform us that getting manual bidet will get extrA discount of $100 it was until i went another shop to get the same toilet bowl and was inform of the promo is across all board stated in their official website!! I request for refund and they told me upon delivery will refund me the $100, my delivery was on Jan 2022!! Till now i have not received my refund and every time i call they tell me already processing! Ive called enough and tis is the last straw to warn everyone not to buy from this dishonest shop!!! Scam shop!!
