We are being served by this staff name Emma, who respond to our queries really quickly, and of course, did solve our problem. All in all, we are very satisfied with their customer service.

Please do not use their service, you will definitely regrets it. The company staff is not well trained and made unimaginable mistake by removing my corporate direct number. This is suppose to be their business model but how the hell they can make such mistake? how do you feel when all the sudden you corporate line will ended up belong another company number. what a joke right?? I Called Hoiio customer service officer and they start to push the blame to one another and drag on for several months and still without a solution to get my number back. Even the Boss, Ong Kok Choong says he is helpless on helping me to solve the problem. It is an extremely F@#% up experience!!!

My business uses Hoiio and i've never experienced bad customer service till i called them for technical assistance. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and not only did i get blamed for the errors, they even want to charge me $150 for their technical support. Did i mention that they took down their app that i use to call clients with on the go just so they can charge $3 a month for me to use their service that i'm already paying for?

1) They terminate your numbers for no good reason even when your account has more than enough money. Worse, you only discover it the hard way. 2) They don't respond to your email. It is a challenge to try to reach their support by phone. I am talking about normal working hours on normal week days. To be fair, the only saving grace to me is that their sales ladies if you do get to speak to them are generally helpful and polite. For that reason, I gave it 2 stars overall. They can do better.

We have been Hoiio business user for about a year now. There are a few things that I absolutely love and hate about the company and product. Things that I love 1) Simple digital platform that just require some guidance to use 2) Meant for small company and really great for new company with minimum user requirement Things that I hate 1) Bad customer service. Their live chat is responsive at the start and will get slower and slower in response 2) No phone line to dial even if you have anything urgent. Everything is communicated via live chat and email which can be extremely frustrating especially for business user 3) As your company scale up and require more features, you start to realize that they are the most EXPENSIVE solution as they charge for every single thing and are super complicated in their business solutions offering. Toku and 8x8 are way better but they are meant for companies that require 10 lines and above. Hoiio solutions are like 2x more expensive than the next comparison and way more complicated to understand 4) When we try to port away from Toku, they rejected our porting and state that the number belongs to Hoiio (SO USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK because you are going to lose your number ultimately). This is almost unheard of, even the bigger boys like Singtel, Starhub and M1 doesnt practice this. Who would want to use them if you can't port your number over? We are currently lodging a complain with IMDA over this unethical policy. I believe Hoiio is a great product but the way they run the business make them seem like they are not customer centric and have alot of things that are super unfriendly. I don't know what their management are doing and tried to ask the customer service to get their management to talk to me but no emails came back. I would highly recommend anyone to explore other solutions than to go through this nightmare. One of the worse vendor that we've dealt with.

The company silenly dropped services and when I finally decided to delete my account, they want to impose an admin fee of SGD 21.40 on the remaining balance. The place is run by dishonest cheats.

Pretty sure the 5 star reviews are from their staff. Cancelled account as was no longer calling overseas and Singtel's digital line is free of charge, so why pay $20+ per line each month plus call charges? Plus, the +65 prefix appearing makes it look like you are a scam caller if calling locally, so your calls don't get answered. Not ideal. Upon cancelling, I was told there was an admin fee for getting my wallet refunded. Scam.
