★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used speaker from them. Seriously creative wake up your ideas. Fancy sending a used item in the midst of the endemic. And zero customer recovery at the outlet. Joanna was rude and laughed at me when I was engaging with her regarding the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technically superior product but poor marketing. They provide online purchase for their products but could not purchase replacement ear pad of their head phone online and there are no other place that I could purchase them. Had to contact them to reserve the part and go down to collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited HOLO soundhub on 2 occasions, 10th and 11th November, to purchase the Sound Blaster Katana V2. On 10th, I was greeted by a staff named Joanna Cheng, and I was told that the item is currently out of stock and stocks will only come in the next day. Besides that, Joanna took the time to tell me more about the soundbar and also allowed me to test it out, using the demo set, for myself. She even went out of the way to note down my phone number and told me that she will inform me once the stocks are in. The next day, I receive a text from her saying the stocks have arrived and I went to make my purchase.
Am very happy and satisfied with my purchase and the service I receive during my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came down to purchase iRoar GO. However I was told that can only be purchased on-line and it would take 3to4 days. I explained that it is a special gift for my brother who is leaving in 3 days. I am very grateful that Joanna and Ethan exercised flexibility and pure customer support. They helped to escalate the delivery to within next day. I am really impressed and would definitely come to Holo before I buy any audio products. They were very knowledgeable and patient when demonstrating their products. Well Done and Thank You! It brought a smile.
