★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seller's service is terrible. He scheduled morning slot for my installation 10am to 1pm. On the installation day, he called me at 12pm to tell some grandmother story that he cannot promise the installation timing, and said the installer is coming before 2pm. At 2.40pm I called, and he told me the installer is coming at 3pm. He told me to contact the installer myself and refused to take any responsibility for the time that he arranged in the first place. In the end, installer came at 4pm and finished at 5pm. So I ended up having to extend my morning leave to a full day leave, because this seller is irresponsible and does not keep to his word. Do not buy from this seller unless you have all the time in the world for them to delay and don't mind dealing with a slippery coordinator.

Got the 36” since that was adequate for the size of my room. The company was very prompt with contacting me to arrange the installation appointment. The installers came by, took down my existing fan, installed the new one - in and out in like half an hour. Good service
