how come we got transfered to another Hotel? we've been booked a couple month before... if you think for profit when the time is narrow, then you are wrong .. then the hotel actually moved away from the standard hotel for humans, ugly. we were very disappointed with the hotel management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strong synthetic fragrance smell from lobby to room, had to open window the entire night, luckily there are no mosquitos. Gunni bags littered along room corridor. Tiny cockroaches can be found in the guest use refrigerator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rooms and service.. Location also good.. Staff also so cooperative.. Great interiors, comfy beds, great bathrooms, housekeeping great, wifi also good.. Only drawback is not having ny veg restaurant nearby.. Very near to supermarket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly it's had a name change now Home Suite Hotel. Bed good, bathroom needs modernisation, no fridge, kettle but no tea, coffee, milk or sugar. Internet on 7th floor very poor and intermittent. Staff friendly and go out of their way to help. No maps or tourist guides available at reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just checked in the hotel it's totally opposite of what you see online booking platforms such as agoda and etc.
They have mentioned that they have facilities such as hair dryer and bathtub and atleast a small fridge to keep your water cold but when I enter the room they have nothing inside not even a hanger to hang my clothes this is such a terrible place I have ever choose.
Please done ever try this hotel you will pay your money for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very dirty rooms. Everything is in state of disrepair. Room smells of either tobacco smoke or the horrible chemical scenters the staff has tried to cover the smell with.
The area is nice, if you ignore the slightly shady bars. Cheap food and decent public transport to rest of the city. Wifi is good and air con works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a night and my experience was superb. My room was spacious and clean though there is no toiletries. Accessible to the place where our conference was held. Nice place to stay for a business trip
