★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service by them. Spent 3K on a sofa set only to receive it with a sloppy paint job and chipped woods. Had to wait for a month with no spare sofa. Did not compensate with price or service. The new sofa came with a missing pillow. The delivery guy told me to collect it myself from their showroom. I tried calling Emerson and Mary the sales person there but they blocked my number. I tried to WA them but was ignored. Please do not make the mistakes I have made. Thank you.
