We are a family of 7 and we needed a good living room sofa for our movie nights and bonding moments. We went to Home99 Living showroom and found the sofa for our liking. We opted for something which is on stock as we wanted it to be delivered ASAP. The sofa quality didn't disappoint. Now we stay more at our living room rather than our individual rooms?

Peter was a nice and sincere guy, offering good advice. Does think for customer good and accommodate to customer request and budget. Did highlight in advance custom sofa requires about 2 months lead time. Recommended.

We ordered a sofa at the Geylang showroom & was served by Ms Mimi. Mimi was very sincere, giving us helpful recommendations and was also very patient. We like the sofa as it is very comfortable. The staff that helped to assemble the sofa was professional. They ensured the sofa was placed in the right position so that the recliner could work well. Service: 10/10 Product: 10/10 Comfort: 10/10

Would like to share my experience ordering sofa from this shop. I had been waiting for my sofa since Sep 2021. I went to the shop in person to buy a sofa that has immediate stock and paid in full under the impression that it will be delivered in Oct 2021. Shortly after, I got a call by the salesperson notifying me that the sofa has been sold by another colleague and that my sofa will arrive in Nov 2021, then Dec 2021 and most recent update Jan 2022. While Home99 living has provided a loan sofa, it is not the sofa I have bought and the delays are not clearly explained. Update: Edited above for clarity. Eventually, I topped up a value to buy a sofa that has recently arrived. Appreciate the sincere apologies, the explanation of why the delays and being flexible with the arrangement. I am now a happy customer with her sofa. Thank you.

Went to 1 Tampines North Drive 3 #01-04/05/06 showroom at 1030am today salesman attitude and service very very bad (SUM SENG!). Showing attitude & body language (trying to pick a fight) & shaking his bloody head as if like we cannot afford to buy their furnitures. If cannot view the sofa & furnitures why still displayed it in the showroom?

We just ordered a sofa at the Geylang showroom & was served by Ms Mimi. Mimi was very friendly, professional, not pushy and honest. We had specific requirements and she recommended exactly what we liked and hence we signed on the spot within 10mins of arrival! The products are beautiful and affordable. Will update the review again after receiving the sofa :) UPDATE: Received my sofa & it is gorgeous!!! The staff that helped to assemble & move the sofa was very kind, customer-oriented and gave me a lot of tips to take care of the sofa. Real product photo as attached. Excellent service from Nigel. He is not only knowledgeable but meticulous at the same time. Managed to find the sofa and pendant lamp that suit my unit's theme. Also, due to his experience working with high end furniture company, he is able to provide me with detailed explanation such as positioning of my existing furniture which usually is the forte of a visual merchandiser instead of a sales and business development manager. And he is able to explain in detail the different kinds of leathers available in the market and which is ideal for the climate of Singapore. If you are looking for a wide variety of furniture such as sofas, dining tables, dining chairs and mattresses, don't hesitate to visit home99. Two thumbs up!

Ordered a fabric recliner from Geylang branch, salesperson is Ms. Mimi, who is not pushy and quite knowledgeable. As the fabric is customized, the delivery time is 2 months. The shop offered a ready stock sofa of same model with another fabric. Comfortable and looks good. Shop can be more proactive with their communication.
