β β β β β Irresponsible and RUDE seller! I encourage everyone to think twice before purchasing from this shop.
I ordered 2 glasses from the seller on Shopee and one of it was broken and shattered into pieces so I left a bad review. I was shocked when I opened the box. It was so dangerous with the shattered glass pieces falling out from the bubble wrap.
The seller was angry and said that I cannot expect a refund/return since I left a bad review. I do not support sellers that are rude and does not give professional post-purchase customer service. Refer to my screenshot of the chat.
This seller is well known for being rude to buyers and not taking responsibility for sending faulty low quality products. You can refer to the seller very rude response on Shopee to many buyers that rated 1 star.
