Your immediate response and swift installation settle the issue for us. Your team replaced our faulty heater the following day and we got back our hot water. Once again, thank you. Excellent service!

โ โ โ โ โ The Joven heater that came with the apt tripped. Joven needed more than a week to respond so HomeOne came to the rescue on the same day of my call.
Troubleshooting was done and we decided to replace the heater. Sukhpal n Bala did a good job, new heater was working 3 hours after they came. (Inc removal of current tank). False ceiling was subsequently completed and satisfactory completed.

โ โ โ โ โ Came home from holiday to find a leaking water heater. Boss answered all our queries to our satisfaction (had nearly wanted to buy one from IMM, didn't know our previous plumber was unlicensed! ) and arranged very fast, Rain and Bala got here in 2 hrs to install completely new heater. We didn't know the spoilt heater was unsafe / installed wrong place until the boss explained to us. Thanks!
