He advertised our flat immediately within a day of confirming his services. His flat viewing appts were very thorough and expansive as well and even when potential buyer backed out he ensured that our flat will have buyers. From start to finish it was very smooth journey. On completion day everything when great. Definitely recommended for his service and price. Thanks Patrick for the wonderful and affordable service.

β β β β β We were really amazed on the efficiency of Patrick service. Not only his response was fast, it only took 2 days to sell off our unit. His fees were also very reasonable compare to other agencies. Initially, we engaged a well know agency to market our unit under exclusive contract. There were only a total of 5 viewings over 3 months even before the latest cooling measures were announced. The previous agents kept giving us all the negative feedback to persuade us to reduce our asking price. We were worried as we need to get back our ABSD refund and we need to sell our existing unit within 3 months time. We consulted Patrick and he assured us that he was able to sell our unit without any issue since our Central location is very popular. True enough, he didn't disappoint us. He is the best agent so far in terms of customer service & efficiency. Highly recommended! :)
